2. Creating Your Account
To unlock the full BulkWeb experience, you’ll need to sign up. All we ask is that you:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date info
- Keep your login secure
- Take responsibility for activity under your account
We want everyone to have a smooth ride, so if something goes off-track, we may need to pause or deactivate accounts.
3. Playing Fair: Acceptable Use
Let’s keep things respectful and secure. While using BulkWeb, please avoid:
- Engaging in harmful or disruptive behavior
- Publishing spam, harmful code, or offensive material
- Disrupting the platform or other users
- Using excessive resources beyond fair limits
If something’s not cool, we may step in to keep the platform safe for everyone.
4. Who Owns What
- You own everything you create your sites, your content, your data.
- We own the BulkWeb tools, tech, and templates that make the magic happen.
Please don’t copy, sell, or redistribute our platform without asking us first.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Some BulkWeb features require a paid plan. Here’s the gist:
- All pricing is clearly listed on our site
- Payments go through trusted third-party services
- Subscriptions renew automatically (unless cancelled in time)
6. Uptime & Availability
We work hard to keep BulkWeb running smoothly 24/7. While rare, occasional maintenance or hiccups might happen. If they do, we’ll get things back on track as fast as possible.
7. Cancelling or Leaving
Want to say goodbye? You can close your account anytime no hard feelings.
We may also suspend access if the platform’s used in ways that break these terms. After cancellation:
- Your access and sites may be removed
- We may clean up your data after a short grace period
We’ll always try to make the process as smooth as possible.
8. Updates to These Terms
We may improve or update these terms occasionally to reflect new features or changes. If we do, we’ll let you know via email or in-app. Keep using BulkWeb? That means you’re good with the updates.
